Painting

Suction and filtration

Industries with polluting painting processes can rely on Coral specifically designed aspiration and filtration solutions. In these applications, it’s essential that harmful and odorous paint products, which don’t stick to the processed product, but disperse in the air rapidly, are stopped and reduced as soon as they are produced in order to avoid the risk of inhalation for workers and accumulation in the workplace. Although they feature different operating principles, all our systems offer the same high efficiency in extracting any sized solid painting pigments near the point of painting.

Dry booths

Dry booths

Dry paint booths are suction walls whose filtration is specifically designed for the use of paint. They are equipped with a sized centrifugal fan with the necessary flow in relation to the wall size and they carry the filtered air to an external chimney after its filtration.

Painting aspiration systems

Given that there are several industrial production processes which expose the staff and the workplace to toxic and harmful substances, painting is one of the dangerous fields. Indeed, a big quantity of pigments, resins and chemical additives contained in paints don’t stick to the processing object, but disperse in the air, especially in those processing using spray paints. Since this compromises air health, it’s a real risk for workers who would run into serious health problems inhaling polluting air.

Not only that. The continuous accumulation and accumulation of paint substances would also cause a damage to the workplace and possible production equipment. For these reasons, the norms in force in matter of occupational safety provide for the use of specific systems for the abatement of these substances. Among the different existing contaminants, paint substances are a specific type of contaminant which as such needs the installation of a specifically designed aspiration and filtration system.
