Aspiration and filtration system from sandblasting cabins

Filtration of dust generated into sandblasting cabin

  • Type of system: Blasting cabin suction and dust filtration system
  • Air flow: 28,000 m³ / h
  • Filter type: AIRCOMPACT cartridge filter
  • Fan: PR 900/4 – 37 kW centrifugal fan

General description

For dust suction and filtration from sandblasting cabins a filtration plant has been made as follows: 4 suction  points are placed at the bottom side of cabin, while the air inlet is placed on the roof of the cabin. The suction stacks are connected to a main collector pipeline, which brings the polluted air to a cartridge filter mod. AIRCOMPACT. A high efficiency centrifugal fan, placed in a soundproof box to reduce the noise, creates the necessary depression and conveys the filtered gas through suitably sized exhaust chimney.
