Pannello Antiscoppio ATEX_EN

The ATEX explosion relief panels are a protection system used in ATEX systems, which allow to put parts which are, in the case of a detonation, at risk of explosion in conditions such as to unleash their devastating force towards a previously organized area, preventing a bomb effect, thereby stopping the filter from exploding and objects being thrown in all directions.

The passive element which makes this effect possible to achieve is the filter's rupture disc, commonly known as "Explosion relief panel", which is placed on the filter unit on areas at risk of explosion and is appropriately sized based on the conditions of use in accordance with the VDI 3673 standard.
