The AIRCOM sleeves filter is a dust and fumes purifier with backflow automatic cleaning.
The AIRCOM / L sleeves filter, made of galvanized modular panels, consists of:
- soundproof suction upper body where the fans are placed.
- intermediate body with backflow compressed air cleaning system .
- central body consisting of filter sleeves in polyester fabric C 500 g/m2 BIA USG, or, optionally, BIA USG C, in antistatic or Teflon-coated polyester fabric.
- lower body with legs, unloading hopper, rotary valve and polluted air inlets.
The AIRCOM/L sleeves filter is designed to work in vacuum mode: the dusty air, which enters the filter from the bottom, is subject to an abrupt decrease of speed. As a result the greater size particles settle: the rotary valve will then evacuate them thus ensuring maximum operational reliability.
The demister (CC) version is also available, which incorporates a pre collector for dust with high concentrations. The input in this case does not take place in the hopper but directly in the demister. Alternatively the hopper can be equipped with a rotary valve and auger conveyor (CVS).
Cleaning system with backflow compressed air:
The cleaning of the AIRCOM sleeves filter is guaranteed by the compressed air backflow system, which is automatically managed by the programmer equipped with a vacuum pressure switch that automatically activates the solenoid valves, cleaning a row of sleeves at a time. A cyclic programmer manages the diaphragm solenoid valves, thanks to which the sleeves filters are cleaned by sectors. Through the cyclical programmer or PLC it is possible to determine break and work times. Thanks to this counter current cleaning system, the sleeves filter's efficiency is always maintained at the highest level. Furthermore, after an initial period of work, the value of pressure loss of the filter will remain constant throughout its operational life. A differential pressure switch monitors the level of clogging of the sleeves and consequently it manages the pneumatic cleaning cycle.
